Silverstorm

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON EXCHANGEABLE, NON- REDEEMABLE FOR CASH AND NON-REPLACEABLE if lost or stolen, and will be void if altered.
Child tickets are based on height (between 90 cm and 137 cm) and if the height of the child found to be above 137 cm during entry time, it should be upgraded to an adult ticket by paying the difference amount.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol and drugs are not permitted inside the park.
The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety/technical reasons.
The management will not be responsible for any personal loss or damage of customer belongings.
Lockers are available at silver storm on rental basis. Guests are responsible for the safety of the keys.
Any purposeful act to damage the environment, surroundings or assets will be penalized according to the management discretion.
Only one entry is allowed per ticket (Re-entry is not allowed).
Food and beverages brought from outside will not be allowed inside the park.
Please try to use dry rides first.
Always use the seat belt provided while using the rides.
Preferred costume for water rides is nylon and it is available at the park shop on reasonable price.
Kiddies and non-swimmers should not go in to the deep area of the pools.
Avoid Ornaments, Shawl, Turkey, Mufta, Bangles, Hairpins, ID card, Belt, Clips etc. while using the rides. Kindly tie up your hair.
Children should not run together as it may cause accidents.
Jumping into the pool is dangerous.
People having any nervous illness, hysteria, Cardiac disease, pregnant women may limit the use of rides.
Those who are having epilepsy should avoid the water rides and pools.
Please stick to the instructions placed in front of the each rides and obey all the instruction given by the staffs.
Park your vehicles only in the permitted area. Parking beside the roads and other places will be punishable by the police.
Maintain the park and premises clean.
Please inform your valuable suggestions and comments at the front office.
Request to follow the instructions for the safety and enjoyment of each one of us.

Snowstorm

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON EXCHANGEABLE, NON- REDEEMABLE FOR CASH AND NON-REPLACEABLE if lost or stolen, and will be void if altered.

Duration of each show is 1 hour with 45 minutes snow play. Re-entry not allowed.
Snow is slippery in nature, so be careful about your footsteps.
Jackets with hood, boots and gloves will be provided with each entry which are to be returned. Socks are compulsory to enter the snow storm. Socks are available for sale.
Pregnant women, epileptic, allergic and heart patients are not advisable inside.
Entry for children below 3 years are not advisable. Children up to 5 years should wear helmet.
Children up to 10 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Mobile phones and cameras are not recommended in the minus 10 degree Celsius as they may get spoiled.

Management reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances. The management shall not be liable for any loss/damage arising with such suspension.
